Mentorship Application

Complete this form to apply for the First Frame Foundation mentorship program. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the program is full. Those waitlisted may be matched at a later date if a mentor becomes available. Applicants will be notified by email if selected. Participation is not guaranteed.

To be eligible, applicants must be between 18 and 24 years of age. You do not need to be a student or graduate. Applicants agree to participate in three one-hour virtual mentorship sessions, conducted by Zoom or Google Meet, and to adhere to the program's guidelines and code of conduct which may be viewed here.
